You’re here to find out ‘about’ WEW Creations…right? Well…that’s me—Wendy E. Wight; pleased to make your acquaintance. (I’m bowing—just so you know). I’m all about stories, and illustrations— and other creative sorts. Why the word countless in my description? Well, it’s a great way to describe my thoughts and ideas—they’re countless. And these countless creations have happily found their way filling my many portfolios, and notebooks, and continue to ‘pop’ and swirl into my brain.

This creative swirl has been part of my life as early as pre-k. In kindergarten I remember being so enraptured with drawing an apple tree that my teacher had to tap me on the shoulder to remind me of recess.

I have been fortunate enough to work with an animation company, a children’s clothing company, illustrated for various children’s magazines, had the experience of being a teacher at elementary schools, and presently am an art instructor for kids, as well as a freelance artist. Oh!…and I know how to juggle too—which comes in pretty handy from time to time.
